Lázaro compartió con ella sus conocimientos sobre plantas medicinales. Buscaron las que ayudan a mantener y estimular la función de la memoria. Le mostró las plantas que ayudan a tratar el reumatismo y la artritis. Encontraron ejemplares que curan todo tipo de problemas de la piel. Y muchas más. Como ilustradora, transformó estos conocimientos en dibujos botánicos, especificando las aplicaciones tradicionales de cada planta. Algunas anécdotas coloridas sobre este viaje complementan las ilustraciones.

Lázaro shared with her his knowledge on medicinal plants. They searched for the ones that help maintain and stimulate the memory function. He showed her plants that help treat rheumatism and arthritis. They found specimens curing all kinds of skin problems. And many more. As an illustrator, she processed this knowledge into botanical drawings, specifying the traditional applications of each plant. Some colourful anecdotes about this journey complement the illustrations.
